Beyond the quality of our fragrances, proper care is essential to ensure a balanced and continuous scent diffusion. Following a few simple steps helps maintain an elegant olfactory presence and a refined atmosphere in your interior.

Place your totem on a flat, stable surface, ensuring it is protected before filling, as fragrance splashes may damage delicate materials. Remove the ceramic stopper, then carefully pour the fragrance from the refill bottles into the glass vessel. If any fragrance spills onto the glass or the cap, wipe it off immediately to avoid damage. Once filled, replace the stopper and insert the reeds through the opening.

Allow the reeds to soak in the fragrance for 48 hours before first use to ensure optimal diffusion. To maintain a consistent scent, flip the reeds once or twice a week. The more frequently they are turned, the more intense the fragrance will be. Adjust the number of reeds or the frequency of flipping depending on the desired intensity.

Handle the totem with care and place it in a dry environment at room temperature to maintain the integrity of the fragrance over time.
